When you submit stock details or register buyer interest, we collect the information you provide in the relevant form — including your name, business name, email, phone number, stock or buying details, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess stock opportunities, match sellers with suitable buyers, and respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Who processes it
Your information is processed by First Epoch Ltd, trading as Speed Surplus. Form submissions are handled by Formspree, our form processor, which delivers submissions to us by email. Formspree processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted information for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential stock opportunity, and delete it once it is no longer needed.
Requesting deletion
